One client that I worked with had been trying to become pregnant for more than a year and after six weeks of regular sessions she became pregnant.
It isn’t necessary to be suffering from a physical imbalance or medical condition to benefit from Tantric Massage. It is also very helpful in achieving personal and/or spiritual growth, to just enjoy the pleasure, to enhance sexual fulfillment, to become more openly sexual, or to enjoy the experience of receiving without having any expectation of reciprocating. We were created to be free and uninhibited human beings, but many of us are under so much stress that we don’t feel free. Many Western religions and cultures tell us we should feel shame and guilt and be afraid of so many things. We are raised to believe that our bodies are dirty and bad and that they must remain private, that sex is just in order to reproduce and that enjoying the physical pleasure of sex is bad. With so many negative beliefs that have been inflicted upon us by society throughout the centuries, it is no wonder that we are unhappier and have more illness than we ever have in history.
Every year in Western countries the anticipated numbers of people getting heart disease, cancer and other serious illnesses goes up at a faster rate than ever before. In other parts of the world where malnutrition is rampant and life is much more difficult, there is far less serious illness and fatal diseases. This is in large part due to the fact that in these societies sex and receiving physical pleasure is not hidden and nothing to be ashamed of. In these societies sex is a very natural human desire and something to be enjoyed. Our bodies were not created with the ability to enjoy such pleasure if it was meant to be something bad. God wouldn’t do this to us. Most of us have never experienced the heights of pleasure that are possible for us physically and emotionally, so sex certainly can’t be a bad thing.
If we as sexual human beings were meant to only enjoy sex for reproduction we would most likely be more like animals and be sexually aroused only when our female partner was fertile. I experience God as providing unconditional love, peace, light and joy.
It makes absolutely no sense at all that we should suffer and be unhappy to become closer to God. In fact it is the opposite. We can only become closer to God if we are vibrating on the same frequency as He is and living our lives expressing unconditional love, joy and peace towards others. To be closer to God, be more God-like. This is what Tantra teaches and is all about. Once we accept that life is changing in a positive direction, our health and entire lives will only get better.
